~~Team Cosmic~~
1. You must be evil or neutral in alignment- There will be no purely good Team Cosmic members.

2. Team Cosmic members and executives are allowed to participate in any event, as well as enter into any contest and fight any gym leaders- They can obtain badges and ribbons, fight the elite four, and take the title of Gym Leader as all players can. The shop and pokecenter is open to them as well.

3. Team Cosmic at THIS moment has no specific goal, rather they are just a rebel organization, as well as Pokemon stealers if you chose to be so.

4. You can start as a Team Cosmic member, or become one at any given time, as long as you have an RP reason to do so, and you RP the change and induction.

5. There is currently no uniform.

6. Team Cosmic executives are chosen by the Team Cosmic Leader NPC- To gain the position of executive, you have to prove yourself in RP. If you work hard enough, sooner or later you will be promoted.

7. Team Cosmic members can defect any time they wish, but that will not sit kindly with the organization.

8. Team Cosmic executives are higher in stature than members- They are your bosses.

9. A goal will be set for the organization by either the Leader NPC, or a Team Cosmic executive, sometime in the future.

10. A Team Cosmic member follows all the item and pokemon rules as all players do.

11. Team Cosmic members do not have any additional restrictions on the pokemon or items they can have- Refer to Rule 10.

12. Team cosmic members are allowed to have their own individual goals as long as they do not clash with the goal/goals of Team Cosmic as a whole.

13. Team Cosmic members must follow the basic rules of RP, as well as the basic rules all other trainers have to follow.

14. Team Cosmic executives are on a higher tier of Pokemon trainers- They may be essential in Events and such, and are required to participate if needed.

15. There is not a current location restriction on Team Cosmic members, however there is a headquarters.

~~Gym Leaders~~
1. All Gym Leaders at this moment are NPC's- You may not start out as a Gym Leader.
EDIT: NPC Gym Leaders are controlled by Admins to prevent abuse by players. Admins ARE NOT allowed to control a Gym Leader they are fighting against

2. The Gym Leaders are allowed to participate in any event, as well as enter into any contest and fight any other gym leader they wish. They can obtain badges and ribbons, fight the elite four, and take any of those spots as all players can. The shop and pokecenter is open to them as well. (This does NOT apply to the NPC Gym Leaders.)

3. There is no restriction on where a Gym Leader can go- When someone wants to challenge them, they will be called back to the Gym, and MUST return.

4. Gym Leaders can not deny any challenge unless there is a legit RP reason why they would do so.

5. Gym Leaders must hand over the badge of their gym when beaten.

6. The type of the Gym (Water, Grass, Ghost, etc.) will be chosen by the gym leader. The gym leader MUST have at least three pokemon of that type, and that type is the only one they may use in official battles.

7. A Gym Leader position can be taken by a player by first obtaining that gym's badge in an official match, then having a 5 on 5/6 on 6 battle with that Gym Leader. If the Gym Leader is beaten, the player gains the title of Gym Leader, and that gym becomes their own.

8. Gym Leaders can be evil, neutral or good in alignment, as well as they may be a member of Team Cosmic.

9. The Gym Leader(Player) has a right to change the type and appearance of their gym to fit their own tastes.

10. A Gym Leader has no additonal restrictions on the pokemon they can obtain, but may only use the type of their gym in official battles.

12. Dual types are of course allowed.

13. Gym Leaders must follow the basic rules of RP, as well as the basic rules all other trainers have to follow.

15. As a Gym Leader, in official matches, the Pokemon you use HAVE to be at the level your gym entails- I.E, You can't use incredibly strong Pokemon if you took over the first gym. Therefore, you should have a set of Pokemon for official matches and then your own Pokemon. This ONLY applies to official gym related matches.

~~Elite Four~~
1. All Elite Four member at this moment are NPC's- You may not start out as a member of the Elite Four.
EDIT: NPC Elite Four members are controlled by Admins to prevent abuse by players. Admins ARE NOT allowed to control an Elite Four member they are fighting against

2. The Elite Four are allowed to participate in any event, as well as enter into any contest and fight any gym leader they wish. They can obtain badges and ribbons, fight the elite four, and take any of those spots as all players can. The shop and pokecenter is open to them as well. (This does NOT apply to the NPC Gym Leaders.)

3. There is no restriction on where an Elite Four member can go- When someone wants to challenge them, they will be called back to the Gym, and MUST return.

4. Elite Four members can not deny any challenge unless there is a legit RP reason why they would do so.

5. The type of Pokemon the Elite Four member must use is chosen by the Elite Four member themself. They must have at least three pokemon of that chosen type, and they may only use that type in official battles.

6. The position of one of the Elite Four can be taken by a player by first defeating the current Elite Four member in an official match, and then having a 6 on 6 no holds fight against them. If the Elite Four member is beaten, that player gains the title of Elite Four, and they will now be recognized as so.

7. Elite Four Members must be good or neutral- Team Cosmic members are not allowed to be Elite Four members, as they have their own Admin level to pine for.

8. Elite Four Members are on a higher tier of Pokemon trainers- They may be essential in Events and such, and are required to participate if needed.

9. Dual types are of course allowed.

10. The Elite Four member(Player) has a right to change the pokemon type of their position.

11. An Elite Four member has no additonal restrictions on the pokemon they can obtain, but may only use the chosen type of their position in official battles.

12. Elite Four members must follow the basic rules of RP, as well as the basic rules all other trainers have to follow.

~~Trainers~~
1. All players start out as either Pokemon Trainers or Team Cosmic Members.

2. A Trainer must chose from the list of starters available to them.

3. A Trainer can only obtain legendary/rare pokemon from EVENTS.

4. A Trainer can trade with other players, as long as both parties consent to it.
EDIT: Trades have to be RPed, such as the trainers passing each other their Pokemon or using the Pokemon Center's Trade system (or some new system that may be invented soon). Trades cannot be overly abused, as trainers should have some kind of bond with their Pokemon.

5. A Trainer can only catch pokemon from the list of wild pokemon available to them, and only in the areas specified.

6. A Trainer has an unlimited amount of money at all given moments- Shops are there for RP reasons, but money should not be specified and should not be made a big deal in any way.
EDIT: This should not be abused so that a Trainer would have an unlimited number of potions or full heals in battle with another Trainer. Anyone found to be overly abusive of this system would face some penalties as decided by the admins.

7. There is no type limits on trainers.

8. A Trainer may be a regular pokemon battler, a breeder, a coordinator, or a mixture of any of those.

9. There is no restriction to what Gym Badges or Ribbons a Trainer can obtain.

10. ALL player ranks must follow these basic rules of Trainers, plus any additional rules applied to them.

11. A player must heal their pokemon between fights, either via an item or a pokemon center, or that pokemon will remain fainted/weakened.

12. A Trainer can participate in any event they wish to.

13. When a Trainer obtains all Gym Badges and defeats the Elite Four, they may fight the Pokemon Champion(Currently an NPC) and then they will be given the title of Pokemon Master. If they wish to, a Trainer who defeats the Champion can become the new Pokemon Champion, however they will have to fight the challengers now.

14. There are no type or location restrictions on the Pokemon Champion.

15. Trainers do not have a location restriction.

16. A Trainer can be good, evil or neutral in alignment.

17. The Pokemon Champion can be good, evil or neutral in alignment.

*Admins hold the right to edit, add to, or take away any rule(s) from this list at any given moment.*
