Physical Description: Yosh stands at 4'11". Yosh hs slightly tan smooth skin. He is slightly muscular from his days at play and traoning in kendo. He wears khaki slacks and a black golf shirt, underneath a red and blue jacket. His hair is a golden brown, and is down, covering his ears. He has one part of his hair partly covering his right eye.

Personality: Yoshi is a happy, hyper, caring kid. He loves to have fun and see new things. He even has a video camera so he can show his sister all the cool animals he finds.
History: Yoshi has always loved watching pokemon battles on TV and loved videogames as well. He was raised very well and has an extremly good education, thanks to his grandfather, a pokemon reasearcher. One day he recieved a package from his grandfather who had gone on an expedition to find a group of semi legendary pokemon living in a secluded lake. The package was a pokeball and a letter. The letter said that while his grandfather was on the expidition, a heavy rain had come and swept away all the pokemon. On his way back he found this dratini shaking and scared. He caught it willingly and sent the pokeball to Yoshi because he knew Yoshi would take good care of it. Yoshi then released Raini, the name on the card his grandpa had given it, and the two bonded quickly. Yoshi's mother quickly gathered up all the things he would need to start a pokemon adventure. Before he left, his sister gave him a video camera, so she could see all his neat adventures, she also wanted him to bring back his coolest o

Actually I think Slam is just slightly over-powered for a starting move. But that's just my opinion.

It's a level 21 move- It's within our limits.
